When you submit an issue via the Slack support channel, it is considered a request. The better you define the problem, the faster we can solve it. Example: I’m seeing a big discrepancy between my analytics and ad conversions, can you take a look at our set-up?

You have unlimited requests per month as long it doesn’t exceed the 20 hours support time for this plan. We can only do one request at a time.
